(firefighternation.com) – Dramatic new bodycam video just released shows two officers rescuing a 21-year-old man from a burning home on River View Court in Hampton, located in Henry County.
Fire officials arrived at the home just after 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 1 with smoke billowing out of the home. The man’s father was outside the home, trying to save his son with a water hose. The 21-year-old man was still inside. Firefighters attempted to locate him by going through the front door, but the smoke was too much.
After going outside for a breath, the first responders rushed back in and pulled him to safety. The video captures the panic in the man’s voice as he tells officers where to find his son.
