(Fox 28) – We know that not all heroes wear capes, but some of them do wear firefighting gear.

The Smyrna Fire Department posted a video to their Facebook page of a house on fire. Not only did they make sure the humans were out of the house; they rescued the cutest, little dog from the flames.

The video shows one firefighter handing over a small breed dog to another firefighter situated outside of the window of the home. As the firefighter gets out of the home, he reaches to pet the dog he just pulled from the blaze.

From the way the first firefighter slide out of the house, it seemed like they rescued the cute pup just in time.
