(WTGS<\/a>) \u2013\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>A car flipped several times before running off GA Highway 204 and came to rest in the marsh just before the Forest River Bridge Thursday.<\/p>\n

Around 3:45 p.m., Savannah Fire Rescue (SFR) was called to perform a technical rescue. One victim was trapped inside and two others were injured, according to SFR.<\/p>\n

SFR says an off duty firefighter, Stephen Brierley, happened to be driving by when the accident occurred. Brierley assisted the crash victims while SFR was en route.<\/p>\n
