They pulled the vehicle over but when they tried to get out, the electronic windows and door locks would not work, according to the Manatee County Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>The couple was trapped inside the burning vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Off-duty deputy Willie Finklea was on his motorcycle nearby and stopped to help the couple while his wife called for help, according to the sheriff\u2019s office.<\/p>\n<p>Finklea fired one shot from his personal firearm through the left rear window to get into the vehicle and climbed inside.
