(WPXI<\/a>) \u2013 A SEPTA police officer and a doctor were in the right place at the right time to save a man from a burning car in Philadephia.<\/p>\n

Newly released video from last week\u2019s rescue shows the car on fire and smoking after rear-ending a garbage truck.<\/p>\n

A big concern, and making matters worse: the car was leaking fuel.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt felt like I was there for like 20 minutes trying to get him out,\u201d said Sergeant Marc Pasquarella with Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority. \u201cSeeing it, it was only, like, 40 seconds. It gives you goose bumps a little bit, you know?\u201d<\/p>\n
