(Online Athens<\/a>) \u2013\u00a0The Georgia Firefighters Burn Foundation recently recognized Barrow County Emergency Services at its annual Firefighters\u2019 Recognition Day Luncheon and Awards Ceremony.<\/p>\n

Barrow County Emergency Services collected $19,700 for the foundation\u2019s 27th \u201cGive Burns the Boot\u201d drive, which will be used to support the foundation\u2019s programs, including camps for children who have been burned and public education programs.<\/p>\n

Fire departments across the state collected more than $624,000 during the drive.<\/p>\n
