WOODSTOCK, GA \u2013 (Woodstock Patch) \u2013 A woman is expected to fully recover after she was revived by a Woodstock police officer who found her unresponsive on a sidewalk.<\/p>\n
Around 1:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 27, officer Yvonne Letzin was on routine patrol along Main Street when a vehicle approached and a motorist informed her that a person appeared to be sleeping on the sidewalk.<\/p>\n
The officer tracked down the woman and she, along with another resident, discovered the woman was \u201cunresponsive with no pulse,\u201d Woodstock police said.<\/p>\n
With the help of the resident, later identified as Brian Collins of Woodstock, performed CPR on the patient and after a few moments, she began to gasp for air.<\/p>\n
Woodstock Fire and Rescue crews arrived on the scene and took over medical care. She was transported to an area hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n<\/body>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
