Officer Gonzales was approached by the black Labrador early one morning. \u00a0After noticing it was wearing a collar and tag, Gonzales attempted to catch dog to return it to its owner. The dog, however, had other plans.<\/p>\n

Each time the Gonzales approached the dog, he began to run away. Gonzales followed the dog down the street where he found it\u2019s owner,\u00a0unconscious on her front porch in 3\u00b0 temperatures.
