Derek Dee was heading to a not breathing call last month when he realized the address was his parents\u2019 house. He got there and saw his 71-year-old father, unconscious and on the floor.<\/p><\/div>\n

\nHe said, \u201cWhen you see your dad lying on the ground and his face is blue and he\u2019s not breathing \u2014 I was just saying, \u2018Come on dad, come on dad.'\u201d\n
