McCoy met a man named Dan Williams, 57, who had no money and no phone and was catching rides from Ohio to his home in Monroe, Louisiana.<\/p>\n<p>Sgt. McCoy took the gentleman inside a nearby Wendy\u2019s, and offered to pay for his meal, however, Wendy\u2019s management covered Williams\u2019 meal instead.<\/p>\n<p>After lunch, Sgt.
