Ithaca Police, Bangs Ambulance and the\u00a0Ithaca Fire Department responded. Cornell Environmental Health &amp; Safety\u00a0workers were in the area and found a gray KIA, off of the road, leaning into\u00a0the gorge with a family of three still inside.<\/p>\n<p>Ithaca Firefighters quickly secured the car to their fire trucks with chains\u00a0to keep it from sliding further down and rescued all three from the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>No one was injured and the vehicle was recovered by a tow truck. The Ithaca\u00a0Police Department is investigating the accident.
