(O.C. Register<\/a>) \u2013 Three people were injured Monday morning in a single-story house fire, including a man pulled from the smoke out of a window, officials said.<\/p>\n

Twenty-six Orange County Fire Authority officials responded to a fire at 7:05 a.m. at house in the 6200 block of San Ricardo Way, fire Capt. Larry Kurtz said.<\/p>\n

\u201cFirefighters made entry to the home and found a man inside,\u201d Kurtz said. \u201cThey pulled him to safety through a front-bedroom window.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 28-year-old man was taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange for smoke inhalation.<\/p>\n

Officials knocked down the fire in about 15 minutes.<\/p>\n

A 30-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man were also inside the home when the fire started and had smoke-inhalation injuries. They were able to escape the house without assistance.<\/p>\n

A firefighter received a minor injury while battling the blaze and was treated on scene.<\/p>\n

It was not immediately known how much damage was caused or what started the flames.<\/p>\n<\/body>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
