{"id":13842,"date":"2016-03-28T14:38:02","date_gmt":"2016-03-28T14:38:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/georgiaarsoncontrol.org\/?p=13842"},"modified":"2016-03-28T14:38:02","modified_gmt":"2016-03-28T14:38:02","slug":"photo-of-firefighters-american-flag-rescue-has-gone-viral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/georgiaarsoncontrol.org\/?p=13842","title":{"rendered":"Photo of Firefighter&#8217;s American Flag Rescue has gone Viral"},"content":{"rendered":"<body><p>Read the full story<a href=\"http:\/\/www.opposingviews.com\/i\/social\/when-firefighter-ran-burning-building-make-daring-rescue-nobody-realized-he-was-going-back\" target=\"_blank\"> HERE\u203a\u203a<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Maureen Maloney, an employee with Allred Metal Products in Phoenix, said she showed up for work at her \u201cvery patriotic\u201d company and immediately noticed that their American flag was missing.<\/p>\n<p>The previous day, Maloney and her co-workers were evacuated from the building after a huge recycling plant fire started at the business next to theirs. \u201cThe fire was real hot and the flames were 50 feet tall,\u201d Maloney told 12 News. She assumed that the flag must have burned in the fire.<\/p>\n<p>Just as things were getting back to normal in the building, firefighter Captain Nick Ellis walked in holding up a folded flag.<\/p>\n<div class=\"acontainer\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cI was very happy we got it back intact,\u201d Maloney said.
